PRODUCTS
Hydrogen Production
Hydrogen production by electrolysis offers a promising alternative pathway to produce clean hydrogen with the application of various technologies such as: Solid Oxide Electrolysis, Polymer Electrolysis, Alkaline Electrolysis, and Anion Exchange Electrolysis. These technologies pave the way for green hydrogen as well as intermediate streams of hydrogen.
Our team at Hydro Switch can cater to customized requirements for hydrogen production and aid in it’s integration for power generation. From individual component sourcing to system level integration, our team shall be able to assist you with every aspect of these technologies.
Alkalinization
Alkalinization for water purification, through ionization, involves the process of elevating the pH level of water to create ionized alkaline water, typically with a pH range of 8 to 10. Ionization is known for its potential health benefits, including improved hydration, enhanced mineral absorption, and antioxidant properties owing to its negative oxidation-reduction potential (ORP). Ionization technology employs electrolysis to split tap water into two distinct streams: alkaline and acidic. The alkaline water produced is believed to offer potential health advantages, such as neutralizing harmful free radicals in the body.
At Hydro Switch, we deal with this innovative ionization technology for scales ranging from small households to industrial setting where higher throughput of ionized water is required in various processes.
Ozonation
Water treatment by ozonation utilizes ozone (O3) to purify and disinfect water for various applications. Ozone is generated by our proprietary technology on-site by passing air or oxygen through an ozone generator, where it is produced through electrical discharges or UV light. This powerful oxidizing agent can be used for disinfection of water (swimming pools), drinking water treatment, waste water treatment, as a chemical precursor amongst many other applications. Our ozonators can generate ozone from 2 gmph to upto 80 gmph in modular versions. It can be customized for any specific requirement as well as integrated to existing infrastructure for efficiency improvement of processes.
